Amish Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
FOR 44 PORK CHOPS
4 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
1 SPRIG OF THYME
3 SPRIGS OF PARSLEY
1 BAY LEAF
1 TEASPOON OF PAPRIKA
SALT AND PEPPER
Directions:
Mix the chopped parsley, chopped thyme, the bay leaf,
the peeled and chopped garlic, the paprika and the olive
oil in a casserole dish. Add a pinch of salt and some black
pepper.
Place the chops in the mixture for about an hour, turning
them after half an hour.
Put the dish in a pre-heated oven at 180C - 350F - gas mark 4
for about 50 minutes. Cover the dish with a lid or foil to ensure the chops do not dry up.
Serve with chips !
