Amish Chilled Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
FOR 4
1 TIN OF TUNA , DRAINED OF OIL
4 TOMATOES - DE-SEEDED AND CUT INTO PIECES
2 GREEN PEPPERS - DE-SEEDED AND SLICED
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC - PEELED AND CHOPPED
16/20 BLACK OLIVES
VINAIGRETTE DRESSING :
1 TEASPOON FRENCH MUSTARD
1 TABLESPOON WHITE WINE VINEGAR
SALT AND CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
Directions:
Break up the tuna and mix in a bowl with the other ingredients.
Make the dressing by placing the mustard, vinegar and seasoning in a bowl and add the oil whilst mixing.
This can be done in a mini blender.
Pour the dressing over the salad and serve chilled.
