Amish Garlic Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
WHITE BREAD 200g ( 1/2 SMALL LOAF)
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
2 EGGS
OLIVE OIL
PAPRIKA - 1 TEASPOON
SALT
Directions:
Bring just over 2 pints of water to the boil
in a pan. Add a pinch of salt.
Now add the crushed garlic, the paprika and
pieces of bread and the beaten eggs.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Place the mixture in a blender and then add
about 4 tablespoons of olive oil during the
blending. Blend well.
Serve immediately or re-heat if necessary.
